Chief Executive Officer
Nosheen Syed has 14 years of experience in Market Research. She has held senior positions with leading research firms in Ottawa, Vancouver and New York. Nosheen has directed projects in Government, Pharmacy, Health Care, Education, Insurance, Banking and Retail. Clients have included: Supreme Court of Canada, Walt Disney, Nintendo, The Gap, Novartis, Heineken, AT&T Wireless, HSBC, and many more.

Nosheen completed her education in Psychology & Statistics. She is a certified focus group moderator and has had extensive training in creative ideation procedures, group dynamics, applied psychological techniques, and projective methods. Nosheen has moderated over 1000 focus groups and in depth interviews in Canada, the US, and the EU. She has designed global quantitative projects for North America, the EU, China, Japan, and South America.

Nosheen re-located to Bermuda in order to spearhead Research.bm in September, 2003. In five years the company has become the market leader with clients located both on and off of the island.


Research Manager
With a PhD in Psychology, Leslie has a strong academic background in research methods and statistics. A Berkeley Institute graduate, he completed formal training in Psychology at the Bermuda College (Associates Degree in Arts), the University of Waterloo (Honours BA) in Canada and the University of Sussex (MA with distinction; DPhil) in the UK. He also served as a cadet in the Bermuda Police Service.

At the University of Sussex, Leslie gained valuable experience teaching statistics at the Undergraduate and Masters Level. He has successfully managed and completed many research projects, some of which are published in international psychology journals.

Joining Research.bm 2 years ago, Leslie has managed extensive studies for: Butterfield Bank, Merck, Heineken, BIBA, CURB, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Works & Engineering and many more.

Office Administrator
Stephanie Lima graduated from Mount Saint Agnes Academy in 2005 and then went on to study at St. Johns University (2005-2007) and Bermuda College (2008). She is currently studying towards obtaining her real estate license in December 2009. Stephanie has completed numerous customer service workshops, and has received leadership and management training. When not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming and fashion.

Administrative Assistant & Intercept Field Manager
Rhonda has been working for Research.bm part time for a year as a administrative assistant and Intercept field Manager. Prior to working at Reseach.bm she was employed by Esso Bermuda for 10 years and S & S Construction as a part time office manager. In her free time Rhonda enjoys yoga, golf, travel and cooking.

"What I enjoy most about my role is having a close dialogue with the intercept interviewers and motivating them to reach their quotas."

Patricia Price is a retired Customer Services, Administrative Superviser for the Bermuda Telephone Company where she worked for 37 years as a Switchboard operations and M.D.F. Telecoms. Her other job skills include being a seamstress and computer trained. Patricia is a member of the '10 Pin Bowling' team, and has represented Bermuda in 10 countries, and 15 States across America. She is active in the community as a coach for junior bowlers, and volunteers her time to her Church's outreach program and to Tag days. Patricia has a son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. Patricia finds Research.bm very professional and supportive company to work for. She is a people-person and enjoys working as an Intercept Interviewer.

Intercept Interviewer
Marita Francis is a retired AVP, Coordinator, Underwriting and Claims, where she worked for 30 years for Bluefield Insurance Limited. Marita keeps busy by getting involved in the Bermuda Red Cross and assisting with selling tags for various organisations. She enjoys reading, travelling and walking in her spare time. She feels that working for Research.bm is like a family working together to promote our Island home.

"As an Intercept Interviewer, I have had the pleasure of meeting visitors of all ages, genders, nationalities and from various walks of life… All here for the common purpose – ‘To Enjoy Our Island Home’. Hopefully through A Smile, A Word of Encouragement, A Thank You for your visit…… Our visitors will “Feel The Love” and return to ‘Another World’ our Island Bermuda."


Intercept Interviewer
Brenda Wingood is a senior who is a very active member of St. James Church where she participates in their choir and annual Easter Stage-group concerts. She is also a member of the Pembroke Community Club’s Dance Group. Her hobbies include dancing, swimming, singing and being with her family. Brenda has worked with Research.bm for the past year and finds them to be very organized and professional. She enjoys working as an exit surveyor.

"I love meeting people and interacting with the many tourists that visits our island shores both at the airport and on the cruise ships in Dockyard."


Intercept Interviewer
Ethelyn Swan is a retired Secretary. She works with the Guild in the Anglican Church and assists with Sunday School children. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and watching cricket. Ethelyn has been doing exit surveys for the past three years, and finds Research.bm to be very organised and considerate employers.

"It is an enjoyable experience because I have gotten to to meet people from all walks of life from around the world."


Intercept Interviewer
Sandra Belboda was previously employed with an international company for 27 years, and decided to semi-retire and seek part time employment. In April 2009 she started as a part time surveyor with Research. bm at the Airport and on Cruise Ships. She enjoys decorating churches and reception venue for weddings, parties or any special occasions. She is a skilled floral arranger and specializes in bridal bouquets, corsages, boutineres, and floral arrangements. In her spare time, Sandra likes to garden, listen to music or walk.

"I always enjoy meeting people and this job is certainly the ideal one - meeting people of all walks of life - is very interesting."

Judith C. A Ratteray a retired school teacher has taught in the Bermuda Education System for 42 years. Judith has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Hampton University in Home Economics. Her charitable contributions include, The Sunshine League, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Hamilton Lion’s Club, Alpha Kappa Alpha Incorporated and the Hospital Auxiliary.

"Working for Research.bm has been an enjoyable experience as a first time Intercept Interviewer. It has open my eyes on how visitors think about our island, I get to talk to so many interesting people from different parts of the world."


Interviewer
A colleague suggested that Raquel Emery consider a position with Research.bm, and she has not been sorry. It has led to some interesting avenues. In her spare time, Raquel enjoys traveling and her involvement in community organizations such as Girlguiding Bermuda, the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme and the Hospitals Auxuiliary of Bermuda.

‘Meeting new people and having interesting conversations’ are the aspects she appreciates the most about her time here.
